squeeze lemon on my hair to make it brighter? and then just stay under bright light instead of going outside? my hair is red, parts of it, and i wnt it to make it brighter, would it work?

it will make it really red and brassy, i did this with sun-in and a blowdryer to my cousins hair when we were young and it made this horrible red come through i would not if i were you~

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, do you want orange hair? Lemon juice is acidic and it will bleach out your hair more than anything. If you want brighter hair go one shade lighter, do something with no amonia, something natural looking. From experience the lemon juice is a bad idea.

One shade lighter, trust me.

no way-this may give already blonde hair a tinge of...yellow-but it won't do anything but make your hair smell like lemons. try going to a salon and having them brighten it up with a demi permanent color boosting glaze or getting subtle hilights :) remember to leave it to the pros!
