Since "The Fifth" is a 100% American concept, it has no Russian equivalent. You would have to state something like, "If I were in the United States, I would have the right to keep my mouth shut if opening it would mean I would be admitting to a crime."

But that's not going to do you one ounce of good when you're talking to a Russian cop :p
