Yes, gaining weight goes hand-in-hand with both puberty and your period. When I started puberty, I went from weighing 85 pounds to weighing 132 to weighing 155 within about 2 years. Before your period, you will gain about 3-5 pounds. After your period is done for the month, you will lose that same 3-5 pounds. Sometimes more, sometimes less. You will feel like your stomach is constantly full before you get your period (known as "bloating") and it will look larger than it usually does. Just another joy of being a woman -rolls her eyes-.

Cardio 1 HR. a Day.

Do "The Firm" It really works.

Drink a Full 12 oz. glass of water,
right b4 eating any food, especially at meal time. This will keep the weight down.
And the Cardio, will take the pounds off that you need, and will build up all the areas of your body, so you look sexy to you, and to that special someone, which is soon coming into your life. "THE FIRM" REALLY WORKS !!!!
