The streets are cheap LOL!! Houston is pretty cheap compared to the rest of the nation, and there are many job options out here as well!!

If you live in Europe try Easter Europe - Romanian, Bulgaria, Slovac Republic, Slovenia etc.
In North America try any of the Central American countries.
In Asia forget Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and to some extent Malaysia and go for the less developed countries Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam.
In Africa anywhere except South Africa.
