the unique remotes have been extra mechanical than digital. The buttons extremely made a clicking sound once you pressed the button. This is going lower back to the 60's. for that reason, the time era clicker. yet I say distant now.

yup i do!!! i thought my grandfather and i were the only people to call it that.
