You're young, very active and thin. That doesn't really tell you exactly how many calories you should be eating, but I'd say it would be close to 2000 a day.
Many gyms now have a device that will measure how fast you burn oxygen and this will tell you how many calories you burn a day.

You probably need about 2500 calories. First of all your weight seems a bit low than it should be for you height but then again you may have a small frame. But if you're being that active you still need quite a few calories. But don't fill those calories with junk food but with healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. Complex carbs will give you the most energy for tae kwon do and protein will help you built muscle. But you're still pretty young (same age as me--yay!) so have fun with it! :-)

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

You should not count calories. Doing it causes stress which causes you to crave salt, sugar and fat. That can lead to obesity and depression. Lots of Americans are doing it and tgetting fatter.
See site below to eat all the healthy foods you want to make you a lean, mean fighting machine. People have existed for millions of years before discovering calories. They ate foods that exist in nature unlike donuts, french fries and burgers. Also before 10,000 years ago people never ate the rock known as salt.

No matter what you do, do not go under 1200 calories. Anything under that is putting your body into starvation mode. Anything more than that would be efficient. To maintain your weight eat 2100 calories. To slightly lose weight, eat 1600 calories.
