i have somthing in my computer i need to clean out. i have pop up,s after i scan my computer telling me, that i need to clean my computer out. and it is running slow too. "please help."

Get a spyware and anti-virus software installed and scan it all and delete them...go to www.download.com and look for some...

i recommend some basic house hold detergent, just be careful when you spray that sh*t that you dont get it into the electronics.
