Cardio. Cardio. Cardio !!

1 hr. and 30 min. of cardio a day. Take one day off. Sat. or Sun. - your choice.
"The Firm works Great."

On the Firm, my wife lost 42 lbs. and I lost 84 ibs. and we are happy with our bodily appearance.

We did this also through a healthy diet.
We used the South Beach Diet.
It took my wife 5 months, and it took me
almost 7 months.

We still exercise with the Firm, but now, just 1 hr. a day. Taking Sun. off. And we still eat a Healthy Wholesome South Beath Diet daily, but we are no longer following the schedule of the first 4 weeks, since we are at our goal already.

There are probably some other diets out which will work for you also. But this is the one which worked for us.

Dieting alone does not work. Exercise, especially Cardio, IS the key.

Best of Luck to You and your family.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Seriously. The best thing is curl ups. It tightens your muscles, which is good for being strong, and losing weight. Also, working out, eating less fattening foods. Again, Weight Watchers is very good.

The key is to burn more calories than you consume every day. Start calculating your calories daily and then match that with an activity that will burn up 115% of your total consumed calories. Walking briskly for 30 minutes could gobble up half of that. Using a stationary bike while you watch 3 of your favorite shows could help you out as well. good luck!
