start your pc in safemode anddelete Windows Defender use this
only use 1 antivirus
add-aware personal
spybot search and destory
avg anti-spyware
antispyware blocker
spyware doctor
a-squared
xoftspy

reinstall the the application. This usually corrects the problem.
