Okay. How do I get rid of of my beerbelly, apart from through eating healthily and doing situps? (I've quit drinking beer already, to state the obvious, and I can't afford to join a gym.) Is trampolining likely to do any good whatsoever?

Thanks for the advice so far... it's really annoying, I'm a skinny sick everywhere else, but have this beergut! I feel like I look pregnant and want to shift the spare tyre at last!

i dont think you'll lose weight...but we had a trampoline....its definately good for the legs....i tried the sit up thingy on the trampoline and i didnt get any affects on my stomach... but the legs were hurting.....as far as the beerbelly depending on how much beer you got in that belly....and if your on the older side...get ready to work your *** off....

Trampolining is brilliant - as it requires you to balance a lot it works many muscles, but especially the stomach.

Another good type of exercise is swimming as that exercises many muscles too so tones the whole body at once.

Trampoline is proved to be one of the best. Olympic trainees use it for all kinds of events. Its low impact and deeply works the full body. Don't over do it in the beginning, and take it slow at first. It also works the lymphatics.

Increasing your exercise program in any form will help. Using the tramp starting for short periods at first then longer ones will burn more calories and long as you do not increase your calorie intake. Walking and or swimming are also good low impact exercise.

it will strenghten your leg/butt muscles. As for the beer belly, it wont do much for it. Continue to do your sit ups and eating healthy food. That will do more for you! Good luck!
