When you are playing baseball with your brother and his friends and he tries acting all big and bad just tell him that he needs to stop showing off for his friends and tell him that if he continues to act like that then he is longer allowed to play baseball with you. I understand that your little brother can be annoying but there are just some things that you cant control. A good way of dealing with your brother is just to walk away and breathe. Take 10 deep breathes sometimes that works. good luck.

Tell your parents, and ask them if they would allow you just once to cause him minor physical pain due to annoying you purposefully. The key is that they understand that it is purely intentional on his part and you are just wanting to try to fix this problem. If they are open to it, the next time he does it, pin him to the floor and get in his face dead serious and tell him to cut the bullshit out OR ELSE, dead serious with fire in your eyes. So that when he wants to run to mom and dad and get you in trouble, your parents know you are attempting to fix this as a mature person and with no actual intent to harm him. The key is your parents. Sit down and have a talk with them.

It is really hard to stop what he is doing but have u tried being nice to him at first?
If u have and hes a big brat then do the silence treatment it always work for me
if he starts annoying u stand/sit there saying nothing dont even get annoyed it wants u to shout but if u dont he wud soon get bored and walk away XD

he knows what he does gets to you so maybe try ignoring him. For example I'm a younger sister and I tend to ask my brother a lot of questions. He straight up ignores me sometimes and pretends I'm not in front of him. After a few tries I just walk away. It's kinda mean but it keeps me away and makes me think twice about asking him a question again.

try doing something that involves him. he just wants your attention. Go outside and play tag or a game of hide and seek. Walk him to the store and get an ice cream. You need to remember you are a role model to him, act like it. Quit pushing him away

Ask him what he wants or just simply ask him if he has anything better to do then annoy you. I do that with my bro, it keeps him busy for about an hour.
If he persists consider putting a lock on your bedroom door. (If you don't share a room with him!!)

tie him in a bag. (with air holes, of course) and hang him from the ceiling or something.
or, as hard as it is, ignore everything he does.
