after the computer restarts it keep installing stup files, over and over

You must have hit any key to boot from the cd ...When it installs the setup files and reboots and says to hit anykey to boot from cd..DO NOT hit any key at all and it will start the XP install...Thanks

You are booting to the cd rom each time after the restart you need to make the computer boot to the hard drive.
