I did a lot of weight training not that long ago. The way I worked it was Arms and legs every other day. Mon, Wed, Fri I worked on the bench and curls etc. tue, thurs, Sat I worked the legs. Always give your muscles at least a day, better two, before excercizing them again.

No.Take it easy.I lift weight myself. However, when I try something new it hurts a lot. What I do, is take it easy for a couple of days. You must, let the muscles rest.Saturation might cause severe damage in muscles cells.Be aw ere of that.

No....no....no... Never over do a good thing. All of the advise you've gotten so far is good. So, rest your body and apply some heat to your thighs and return tommorrow or the next day. .

No. Instead of working out, try some heat. Wait until the pain subsides before starting again.
