What are some exersices that get rid of back fat quickly?

Area-specific (back, buns, gut, etc.) fat reduction can really only be done through surgery.

A combination of aerobic exercise
(i.e., jogging, skipping rope, walking, stair climbing, swimming, bicycling, you get the idea ...)(NOT more than 40 minutes per day/4-5 times per week)

and

Diet
(add more fresh vegetables to your diet -experiment with which ones you like/are the most tolerable-, SLOWLY drop those foods from your diet which come from McTaco Jr.'s -fast food-, processed stuff, foods high in animal fats [ice cream -sorry-, cheese, pound cake, etc.], and soda pop [to include energy drinks]

will help you to trim off most of the fat around your entire body.

Calisthenics
(push ups, jumping kick-outs, chair dips),

and LIGHTWEIGHT dumbbell-centered exercises
(prone reverse dumbbell flys, bent-waist dumbbell rows)

should help to firm up flabby back, lattisimus, and rear deltoid muscles.
