That depends on how fast you eat. The signals nerves receive from the stomache that let it know that it's full take about 17 minute to travel. So your brain knows how full youa are about 17 minutes after you take your first bite. If you fill yourself up quickly, then technically you should be feeling over-stuffed(because you'd eat more than you need to feel full).

It could also mean that you have a really good metabolism.

No, it's not a bad thing; it's human instinct to eat as much as possible. The truth is, if you keep filling your stomach to the brim every day for years, it could lead to weight gain...I don't have proof for this, and I'm not a doctor, but it's stuff I've read and stuff I've heard(from my aunt who is a pharmacist) So I wrote what I know, but I still suggest you ask ask a professional..

nicely, with the eating the different daay, you'll likely shed extra pounds, inspite of the indisputable fact that it truly is going to sluggish your metabolism.. your body will hoard the food you ate in that meal because it idea you've been starving the day earlier, and so this is going to digest that food plenty slower and take in extra fat from it i assume you want a short metabolism? so i might want to devour smaller quantities yet devour typically and then you're able to devour nicely and nevertheless lose some weight if you're eating organic meals like culmination and vegetables, healthful grains, yogurt, etc. devour in snacks each few hours...i might want to assert that eating merely a million meal on a daily basis is extra effective than eating the different day, yet eating typically and three-4 cases an afternoon is maximum effective for weight-loss. diverse human beings say it, yet once you easily adventure it you already understand how real it easily is ^^

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

They say "eat till you're satisfied and not full". Do you reach that point where you feel like "Ah, that was an awesome meal" and save the rest for later or throw it out? Another key is to just slow down. It takes longer to feel full even through you may have already reached the point of actually being full. If you put down your fork between bites or drink water between bites that helps you slow down.

WELL IT'S NOT A GOOD THING!!! Your stomach (INTESTINE) stretches & stretches then it takes more and more food to fill you up. Leaving you always unsatisfied and still wnating more. You end up having a large gut and eventually become obese, thus ending in blood pressure & heart problems . Ultimately DEATH!!! It may seem innocent & not a big deal when you are younger but trust me it will catch up with you. Best thing to do is never get in that habit.

hmm well how old are you?
if you are very young (pre-pubescent) then you might start to gain a lot of weight when you reach puberty if you continue eating like that.
but if you have already gone through puberty, then you probably just have a fast metabolism.
moreover, it's better just to eat until your reasonably satisfied, not stuffed.

hey, if u have 1-2hrs exericise evryday, i definitely think it's alright for u to eat till u're full. like hello? i do that too!!! and yes, my tummy swells up after i eat. tt's perfectly normal as well girl!

even if we hardly do any exercise, we shld still eat till we're full, tt's the natural way of our body telling us how much food it needs!

just dun end up like those anorexic girls who starve themselves. omg, totally horrible!
