I always get thoes ending program messages when shutting down. They are fine.

Doesn't sound like a big problem unless it's stopping Win XP from shutting down. Maybe this link would help:

I wouldn't worry too much about it most of the time you can't even see what windows is doing. If it still works then just ignore it.
