the best thing u should do is do all of them.
exercise for at least 1-2 hrs a day.
this is wat each exercise helps ur body.

treadmill: mainly the legs, build muscle for leg

tennis court: the arm and leg muscle

b-ball: mostly leg muscle while playing a game, but arm if just shooting

jump rope: ur arm and aleg muscle. it would also help u grow taller.

ab lounge: would of course make u have abs.

this is y i u should do 1 exercise each that would help u.

such as jump rope, ab lounge today cuz that become arm,leg and stomach muscles r built.

u can also so crunches, push-ups, keep doing more and more.

depending on how ur body can take it.

good luck!!! :D

Don't know from personal experience, but have heard that walking (treadmill) while carrying 2 or 3 pound dumbbells (in your case, 5-pound) and really pumping your arms will build up arm strength. Any aerobic exercise (as above), jump rope, or other vigorous exercise will help lose weight, and the ab lounge will also help. If you can get a small, sturdy platform about the size of a shoebox, you could also add step aerobics.

Another option, check what equipment you school's gym has, and ask for advice from coaches about training, and see if you can't work out some time to do training there.

you should try and run (or jog) at least 3 times a week, this will burn off the fat. on other days you should do something, play tennis or basketball, but make sure you get up a good sweat. in order to gain muscle, start lifting weights. ask your dad or older bro or some guy who works out to show you how. you might need to get some heavier weights though.

You should focus on your diet. Lean meats and lots of veggies and fruits. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. No sugar. you need to jog or power walkk for 45 minutes to one hour 4 times a week. You need to lift weights every other day gradually building up the pounds. Don't over do it. Don't forget you are a kid. ENJOY your life...
