Two things immediately came to mind when I read your question.
1. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
2. Panic Disorder (panic attacks)
My best advice is to go the the doctor. Ask him for a 6 hour glucose tolerance test. Also, tell him/her what is going on with you and have him look into it.
Until you get your appointment, try eating a small something every two hours. This could very well be super low blood sugar - almost all the symptoms fit.
It could also be severe panic attack's (a panic attacks symptoms can mimic almost everything in the world)
Whatever the case, I hope you get the help you need quickly. Those symptoms must be horrible to experience. Best of luck to you!!!

Have you ever had your neck x-rayed? I had pain in my neck arms back and migraines for 4 yrs. i ended up having x-rays that didn't show a lot then several yrs. later an MRI that showed I had degenerative joint disease in my neck. I had Myelogram and then surgery because I could not deal with the pain. the removed 3 disks and put three cadaver ones in with plating and screws and I have had pain since then and can't work or do any of the things I used to do. I am trying to get disability. I haven't worked since April 05, no income except ny hubby's and I feel bad. I have to be on narcotic pain meds which it is really h*ll to find a Dr. to give you what you need and what works. I went to Chiro., massage therapy, physical therapy, everything before the surgery, before they found out why I was in pain. Was told I had Fibro. and mostly Dr.'s treated me like I was crazy, depressed, well yeah...I was. Or like I was seeking drugs for the pain. I take a preventive for the visual migraines but I have pain in my head and neck all the time. I guess I know I have bones to hold my head up but my lkife sucks. I'd get a neurologist to look at me...oh yeah I had botox injections too in my neck...terrible. They halp some people but not me. So, make sure they get a myleogram. The surgeon wouldn't even see me without one because he said that an MRI only showed soft tissue and he needed to see the bone. I pray for you and your health and that you have a great Dr. and get what you need and that it works for you. You are younger than me I think I was diagnosed too late. so, don't wait.

It might be a reaction to any medication you are taking (such as antidepressant). I definitely think you should visit your doctor and detail these symptoms, though, to make sure there isn't a condition that could cause them. The losing feeling in your arms and legs is particularly troubling. Good luck.

I would highly suggest that you see a doctor ASAP. Severe headache, loss of balance, tingling in the extremities sound like signs of a potential blood clot, possible diabetes, stroke, adult onset nervous disorder, etc.... This could potentially be serious, so please take care of yourself by seeking qualified medical advice from a professional.

It could be many things. You may have migraines or you could even have blood pressure problems. I would definitely seek the advice of a physician before something bad happens.

the headaches would probably just be migraines, that is what happens to many people with migraines, but with the other symptoms you describe here, it's sounds like something neurological, you know to do with your nerves, see a neurologist and tell him the same thing you posted here

Get checked for Multiple Sclerosis. You probably don't have it but I heard Montel Williams say today that his only symptoms were numbness in hands for 3 years.

I recommend seeing a doctor.
That's the most obvious answer... I can't diagnose you, but I can lead you in the right direction.
The best thing is to deal with it now before it leads to further problems.

I would honestly call your doctor, and if you dont have a doctor, call the local med center, they can answer alot of questions over the phone. i would see if there is something that they can elp with.
