not breaking the speed limit about hour ten . in normal traffic, 45 mins at abot 80 to 90 normal trafic , , i used to do tonginlias to village out side swansea on old road in old morris 2200 old k reg year old at the time in 40 mins on the old road try the heads of the vally road that has been done up now could be quicker for you going that way

Depends what you are driving, how confident you are, and what time you set out, where abouts in Caephilly you set off from, and where abouts in Swansea you want to go. It would take me 40 mins.
