to prevent anti-semitism - I agree with Abe Foxman head of the ADL

Foxman says another wave of global anti-Semitism and persecution of Jews could be on the way unless Christians agree to ignore large sections of the New Testament.

What sections will probably be on his "must censor" list? Certainly, it would include Christ's incendiary attacks on the Pharisees, whom He called "whitewashed tombs, full of dead men's bones." 4 Foxman would also censor the Apostle John: "He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son does not have the life... Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son." 5 In the book of Revelation, recorded by John, Jesus says those Jews who reject Him are "the synagogue of Satan," 6 another passage Foxman would certainly cut out.

I believe that we should not ban any part of the Holy Bible especially the New Testament.
We are told to pray for the Salvation of Israel! The Jews are God's chosen people.

Oi! Who is Foxman to even think that he's got the authority to censor the word of God? Last time I checked alot of good people have read the New Testament and walked away with some good ideas. Why limit their access just because a minority of people who read it are Anti-Semetic? Kinda sounds awfully ignorant to do that.

Why not... It makes the Romans look bad as well. I'm thinking we should have it re written in a manner where Jesus is given merely a harsh lecture for promoting one God and not worshiping Ceaser. Afterword, Nero can convert to Judaism and both Jesus, the 12 apostles well 13 given Judas as well... and the fat man of Rome can roast marshmallows together singing songs of friendship and love. The Jesus hugs Nero congratulating him on his learning a useful skill with his love for fire. Then the Pharisees will show up in the hills of Rome as well with banjos in hands. All in unison singing in the words of the Old Testament Prophet John Lennon.. yes John Lennon... "ALL WE ARE SAYING IS GIVE PEACE A CHANCE" Yes Indeed... Let's correct all those grievous accounts in the new testament now!!!

The New Testament is not anti-Semitic. It simply says that anyone, including a Jew, who rejects Jesus Christ is wrong.

Let's ban the Declaration of Independence while we're at it, because that's offensive to communists.....

The day Abe Foxman and ADL are right about something will be the same day Pat Robertson prays towards Mecca and Ariel Sharon starts dancing. He's as big a racist and bigot as there is on the planet.

Foxman had better hope we stick with the Jews or they will be totally out on their own.

Methinks that it would be stupid, and arrogant of someone to even concieve of it. Nowadays we tend to make mountains out of mole hills, making it more complicated than what it is.

It's like using an adage in a different way: "The Bible doesn't kill people, PEOPLE kill people..."

Not unless this is a communist country you are living in. Christians will never allow their bibles to be destroyed, don't even go there.
