My GF want to lose a few kilos, i have been making a point that we go for at least an hour walk every night for the last week. but she would like to step it up a bit.
So far i have th GM diet, but is there any other simple options i.e. no-butter/no-white flour products/no-salt and plenty of water.

Id just like some idears. Thanks

It's great when your BF works out with you.

Challenge & excite her by requesting meals ... both of you can plan meals ... then walk together after dinner (10 minutes is great).

Other stuff to do ... just get out and expand stuff you do together ... try ball room dancing ... martial arts ... weight lifting ... join a La Cross Co-Ed team ... while you may LOVE one of these ... watch her reaction ... she may silently hate it, and it's always best to find stuff you both like to do; look for that smile and laugh that you love so much and you'll know that you've found that special activity together --- BTW, she'll be more frisky after you guys get more active.

tell her to stay away from bread and drink 2or 3 L of water and do the stair master for 20 mins and 20mins on the elliptical i know some one who lost 75 pounds in one year doing that but start with walking 45 mins for 3 days a week.

Weight Watchers--it is the BEST program out there. You don't diet, you learn how to eat right to maintain good health.
