You can buy and register a vehicle without a driver's license. To get insurance you most likely wil need to list a licensed driver as the primary driver of the vehicle.

Check with an independent insurance broker to see what is needed for insurance!

Personally You can't.
But there is an option still open.
You can apply for a Business license as a Limo Service.
Under the business name of the Limo service you can purchase Cabs or Limo's. Insure the vehicles.
Even though you own the Business You still can not drive the vehicle with out a license.
So hire some one else to drive you around.

You don't need a license to do any of that. You only need a license to drive the car.

Anyone who tells you that you need a license is FOS.

Knock the answer down if you like, folks, but I've had 4 family members who did not drive or have licenses but DID own cars and maintain insurance on them.

You do NOT need a license to buy, insure or register a car. You ONLY need a license to DRIVE a car! PERIOD!

A lot of places either cannot or will not sell you a car if you cannot prove that you have insurance or a license.
It varies from state to state.
You can buy a car from an individual though without either insurance or a license.
