Well your realationship is different now so he's probly more shy and doesn't know who to act anymore..just start up a convo with him,and tell him what your feeling, you are dating now.and good luck to you!

Don't talk as much... we thats the only bad part. My girlfriend and I were best friends for I think it was 2 years before we started dating. We actually tried it once but it was too weird since we were best friends, but after we gave it some time we got just a little bit older (maybe half a year later) we started going out and it's great! You just gotta be comfortable with being both a best friend and a girlfriend/boyfriend no matter what.

Give it a little time. Once you both get comfortable in your new relationship, the talking will come back. It's just a matter of adjusting to the physical intimacy (not necessarily sex, per se, but the whole hand-holding, gazing into the eyes stuff you didn't do before). The mental intimacy is still there, don't worry.

He should be your bestfriend. When a man & woman get married they are usually best friends. Try to keep the lines of communications open. that is very important in a relationship if it is going to last. Trust me, I know, I've been married for 34 yrs & we are still best friends & talk.

Why is this a problem? Try staying out of each others' pants and have real dates where you go out somewhere together, and talk to each other. Just because you have discovered each other emotionally does not change the fact that you are friends!

Some of the best relationships start out as two people being friends. Just give it a bit of time.

What he is doing is getting embarrased because he was just your friend. If i were you keep going out if you break up their a 90% chance he wont want to be your friend it happenes all the time.

Good luck on your relationship.

Well, tell him how you feel and you don't think you should be together the way you are and just really close friends like you used to. Good Luck with that!
