I would have to say "yes" for some guys. For me it's all about how a girl carries herself....self-confidence is a big turn on for guys...if you think and act sexy then guys will see it too.

It depends which 'big' your are refering. Big buttock; big mouth; big appetite, body size or breast? Some don't mind big, as long as she knows can enjoy fun.
