What model of analogic operational amplifier can I use instead of Ua 741 model to have the same result?

It depends on what you want to use the diode for. If it's only for rectification, just about any will work. However, sometimes diodes are used for their forward voltage spec to bias circuits at a known voltage. If that's the case, most new diodes won't work at the relatively high (now) voltage of 0.7V that the BA243 has.

The 741 op amp was one of the first ever. Almost all op amps from Analogic will perform as well or better. Stay away from video op amps -- because of the high frequencies they can operate at, they can have unusual problems at the low frequencies that the 741 operates at.

If you look up the data sheets for the current diode and then take them to a supplier website, EX...Newark.com, you will be able to cross reference the diodes and compare other diodes within the same family. This should be a way to track down any type of component, the most important part is to have the data sheets handy so you can compare what you have. Some sites will allow you to enter the diode number you have and then search all alternatives. Most of the older components are being replaced by ROHS compliant components and that may be the reason why it is hard to find ones with the same specifications.
