Never heard of Carol Shelby chili ... however, I make my chili with beer, and top it with cheese. Maybe I knew about it and didn't know I knew.

i believe that it's a product you can purchase in the store. check your grocery or the internet under Carroll Shelby's Chili. I'm told it's good stuff!
