I'm a human being. We ALL know a lot about fear. It is a normal part of life. We all have fears. Sometimes my fears get too big and seem irritational, but that does not stop me from having the fear. I do know that when the fear starts running your life and keeps you from living any kind of a normal life, then it is time to get some outside help.
Can you get some professional counseling? Through your school or church? Or can you call the local Mental Health Association and tell them you need help dealing with fears and you want to see someone starting right away?
Good luck.

First I would surmise that you are putting WAY too much pressure on yourself for a person who's only sixteen. I know that must have stung a little to read that, but it's true. Who is this vague "they " you keep writting about? I think this they is some unknown person who you have in your head. Where is it written youu "must " have a relationship " at sixteen? Why not just trying to hang out with a bunch of people. You don't have to try to make anybody your best friend. Just hang out a watch how other people interact. It's the way we ALL learn how to be a part of a crowd. Please don't think everyone will be looking at you to "perform ". Realize that most if not all people are only interested in themselves and don't have the time or the inclination to critize anyone. The rare ones that do are covering a weakness in themselves ( attack before you are attacked ). Please realize that all through life the only person you have to please is yourself AT sixteen teenagers tend to put a LOT of pressure on themselves. Relax, you've got the rest of your life to figure things out. You DON'T have to try to solve everything at once.Believe it or not, some things you are not ready to think about much less to try to solve. You don't have enough information, both emotionally and intellectually, to solve the questions you've posed to yourself Know that you are not alone there a lot of teenagers posing some question about their "whole " life when they should be thinking about tomorrow. One thought. if this only raises more questions, you're not satisfied, I would have you consider going to a Doctor for a complete check-up. Tell him/her all your concerns and follow his recommendations. She/he may recommend medication with counselling. Listen to them. May you have a long and happy life.

I know a lot about fear.
Fear of falling to your death is just that. You are afraid of falling, then dying.
Fear of heights is when you get afraid when you are high up.
Fear of rapists means you are afraid of being raped by rapists.
Fear of dying seems pretty self-explanatory. If you are asking what a fear of death is, maybe you should google "death." See if you get scared.

research rational thinking with a therapist and you will be able to dispel the irrational ones which is probably most of them(its not the facts that cause unpleasant emotions it's the view we take of them).
