You need to get him on a high fiber dog food, the reason dogs eat cat poop or even their own is cause they are not getting enough of something and normally it is fiber....Fiber is really good for them anyway cause it keeps them cleaned out so you will win double if you buy them food with lots of fiber :}

Keep her on a leash when you take her outside, and when she goes for the kitty rocha, give her a correction - pull on the leash sharply (but not too hard) and say NO in a loud voice. Don't expect your dog to understand your command until you've repeated it 30x. Don't get frustrated if the behavior is not corrected right away. It will take a few weeks of constant monitoring on leash to help teach the dog that the rocha is a NO.

YOU CAN'T,,, JUST KEEP A EYE ON YOUR DOG WHEN OUTSIDE AND WHEN YOU SEE IT SNOOPING FOR POOP BE OF STERN VOICE AND SAY LEAVE IT,, AND MAKE SURE IT OBEYS YOU, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PICK THE DOG UP, IT MIGHT TAKE TIME ,,,, BUT YOUR DOG WILL SLOWLY LOSE INTEREST IN CAT POOP IF IT IT HAS TO GO THROUGH A LOT OF TROUBLE TO GET TO IT

I know this sounds weird but my dog has the same problem so I looked it up online. There are certain foods that taste good going in but are unappealing going out. One is pineapple believe it or not. So, if you mix pineapple or pineapple juice in your cats food, the poop will be unappealing to your dog. There are other things too, just google it.
