how can u really tell a guy likes you??

there's a guy in my school. hes cute. and im not sure if he's into me or not. how can i tell, besides just asking him.

there are several things i have seen that a guy may do:
1) will do everything in his power to impress you (you will no this because he will say something then look at you or it may be totally lame..but u can tell hes trying)
2) they may do every thing possible to be around you, they might follow your every steps
3) they may be completly opposite and never look at you and when they are forced to talk to you they will fumble over there words and there face will turn red
4) there friends may have big mouths and will tell you

There's different things like the type of attention he pays to you, conversations you talk about, behaviors, etc. Each person is different so you really have to tip toe around until you think you have the right idea of what's going on.
