Hi, I agree that you might have a sensitivity to something you are eating at school that you aren't eating at home (assuming you eat at home and don't experience stomach pain)-- maybe MSG? maybe milk? maybe some spices that you don't use at home?
The scientific method would dictate something like the following: Take your lunch from home for a couple of days. Eat something that you usually eat at home on a regular basis. Sit in the same place and eat your lunch from home.
Or, are you saying that you eat a lunch you bring from home? In that case, why not keep your lunch really simple (say, three pieces of raw vegs and an apple for dessert-- something you eat at home regularly that doesn't bother you). If you still end up with a sore stomach (and dont' have one at home when you eat the same items) it might be something psychological vs. actual food items.
If you find out that the sore stomach is related to stress, you will want to find a way to reduce or eliminate that stress from your life. I have found that the most effective way to do this is to practice the easily-learned, easily-applied energy therapy called Emotional Freedom Techniques. Download the free "Get Started Package" at http://tinyurl.com/yh5zhu Imagine having a quick and simple method to get the anxiety down in your life!
An ulcer is a highly acid condition that has eaten right through your stomach tissue-- if you eat a high raw, ripe, fresh, organic fruit diet and dispense with coffee, sodas, alcohol, dairy, sugary and other processed foods and foods high in transfatty acids--all which create acids-- you will prevent ulcers. Eat generously of raw, ripe, fresh, organic fruits and vegs and you will turn the situation around.
All the best!

Hi Haley, it could be many things but I suspect its either an ulcer, a food intolerance or anxiety attacks. All these interfere with correct metabolism of food and can lead to the bad pain. I wonder do you get bloating as well ? Its very common so dont worry but do go to see your doctor for advice

It could be nerves, stress maybe. Or maybe it is the food you are eating or the way it is cooked. Why don't you take your own lunch to school that you prepared yourself and that you know it won't make you sick. If it still happens I would see a doctor although it could very well be the next class that disturbs your well being.

You must eat at regular intervals. It is important that you eat at 3 to 4 times a day, you are essentially starving yourself. If you keep this up you may end up with gastritis and possibly develop an ulcer. Hope you take care of this soon. Good luck and happy new year!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

School food is good food so it can't be that.. Maybe it's cramps from your monthly, or you probably caught some stomach virus... Who knows, you should see a doctor..
