Well, with homemade eliminated from the discussion, I like Lipton's for shere convenience. Campbell's is, IMHO, better than Progresso.
But, give some thought to making up some homemade chicken noodle soup and freezing it in individual serving sizes. Then if you get sick, just pull one out and heat it.
Much better than any of the others!

I've always preferred Lipton's soup mix (not the cup of soup--the kind like Mrs. Grass) to Campbell's when I'm not feeling well. It seems tastier, and I like the thinner noodles. Sorry, I can't think of any more brands than the ones you've mentioned. Hope you feel better.

I have to go with good ol' Campbells Chicken Noodle soup....hands down...and if yall wanna get fancy, then go with the Chicken Wild Rice soup.

I don't have chicken noodle soup, I go for the creamy tomato. But for chicken noodle, I like Campbells.

cambell's is actually better than homemade in my opinion. they have made it so much better in recent years, its much chunkier and has actual taste. their clam chowder is amazing as well. i say stick to the classic, its the best i have tasted out there
