I'm thinking that whenever I eat junk food I just spit it out and if I want to taste it again then I take that same food I just spat up and eat it.But i'm not even puking or anything. I didn't actually eat it. I just chewed on it to get the taste and spat it out. I want to mainten or even loose weight so is this a good idea? I dont' see anything wrong with it.

Some people say I need to loose weight. Not for sure if it's true or not...but then again my friend is a size like 0 and eats like a pig but never pukes and i'm a size 3.GAH.

Unfortunately, what you are describing is considered Disordered Eating. It is basically a precursor to an Eating Disorder. You will still consume calories by chewing and spitting. And it can lead to some disgusting mouth sores as well. You may need the help of a professional.

Also, you seem to be on the lighter side for your height and age. Remember that you are still growing and need all of your nutrients. Try to eat a balanced diet and don't let your friend's warped view destruct yours!

I think you are needlessly worrying! If you are the height you say and the weight you say, there is no way that you can be fat! Get your mind on other things, from what you say, you don't need to worry about fat. To each his own, but how gross to put that food back in your mouth!But to chew it up and then spit it out sounds like good idea.Please after chewing throw away!

i dont think thats a very good idea. If you wanna lose weight, dont eat as much as you used to and run on the treadmile or jog around your neighborhood. Eat more healthy food and less junk food.

That seems really wasteful, given the hungry people (including starving children) in the world who would eat anything they could get their hands on.
Could you just eliminate french fries, beef, and fried chicken instead? Then you could still get the grilled chicken sandwiches.

as long as you are eating fruits and vegtables and you basic food groups, that is an excellent idea. i even did that when i needed to lose weight!
