i would say fasting too
and lots of excersize

but when you stop fasting
gradually add more food
into you day, but add healthy foods
in like celery and carrots etc.

ummmmm.....the quickest HEALTHIEST way to lose weight is by walking...... but once you stop the weight stays off for only like three months......and the other unhealthy quickest way .....is stop eating
