Try to go for a quick walk. Something to get yourself moving for a bit. Or take a quick shower. Freshening up and being a little chilly after a shower might wake you up a little bit. Crank up some music. Anything that gets you to feel like moving.

I don't know where you are located, but if it's chilly out have your windows rolled down a bit to get some fresh air.

run in place. think of all people your going to see at school. think of all tha reasons that you'd want to be there.in other words keep yo mind going.

sugar. fruit would be a healthy source of it, but even like hard candy would do.
