Lemon juice - sounds gross, but it is good. Lemon juice by it self with out the chip is even better.

I have them all!! I am a dip freak..

Lipton's vegitable soup mix and sour cream. (you can also add a package of frozen spinach to this, either way, it;s yummy) and the recipe for the amount of sourcream is on the pack.

Or Liptons French Onion soup mix and Sourcream.

Or Black Bean Dip
1/2 cups dried black beans, picked over and rinsed
8 cups water, plus 1/4 cup
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large green bell pepper, finely chopped, reserving about 1 teaspoon for garnish
1 small red onion, finely chopped, reserving about 1 teaspoon for garnish
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 plum tomato, finely chopped
1 small red chile, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Dollop sour cream, for garnish
Serving Suggestion: Tortilla chips

In a large saucepan, let the beans soak in enough cold water to cover for 1 hour and drain. Return the beans to the pan with the 8 cups of water and garlic. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over moderate heat. Add the pepper, onion, and cumin and cook, stirring, until softened.

Drain the beans and reserve 1/2 cup of them. Add the remaining beans to the pepper mixture with the remaining 1/4 cup water, and simmer, covered, until very tender, about 15 minutes.

In a food processor, blend bean mixture with the vinegar and pulse until well combined but not pureed smooth. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Transfer to a serving bowl, and stir in the reserved 1/2 cup beans. Let the dip cool to room temperature or chill.

When to serve, garnish the dip with the reserved bell pepper, onion, tomato, chile, cilantro leaves, and sour cream. Serve with the tortilla chips.

Or I use a can of refried beans, about a cup of salsa and a cup and a half of cheese and stir over medium heat until mixed and cheese is melted.

Or Chili Dip
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
DIRECTIONS
In a medium, microwave safe bowl, mix cream cheese, chili without beans and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers.
Microwave cream cheese mixture on high 1 minute. Remove from microwave, stir and repeat until the mixture is hot and thoroughly blended.

Or Hot Crab Dip
1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells or imatation crab meat
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup green onions, minced, optional
5 to 6 roasted garlic cloves or 2 cloves minced
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine all of the ingredients in a casserole and gently stir until thoroughly mixed. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or toast points.
