first you should find out if hes interested by asking him what kind of girls he likes and stuff then you should start hanging out with him. it doesn't have to be just you and him it usually feels more comfortable for both people if its with a group. then you should just tell him that you like him and if he doesn't wanna go out with you you, tell him to pretend it never happened, cause it could get awkward.
