my bf just asked me to marry im n i really love him n he loves me so i said yes i am only 15 n he is 17 so how can i tell my parents they r very strict n i dont know how they will react but we r goin to wait until i am older to get married so how should i tell them????????

The same thing happened to me when I was 15 and he was 18. I told him he had to wait until I turned 20 and he didn't want to wait that long. When a man isn't willing to wait until you know for sure your ready to get married, he has to go because that's what happened with my first love. I'm I finally got married for the first time this past September and I'm 39. Ask him to be patient and wait and see what he says about the long engagement? Good luck P.S. You don't have to wait as long as I did to get married. I only did it because it took me that long to find the right man.

i went to school with a couple that married at that age, they to get waivers signed by thier parents in order to marry. By the time she was 18 they were fighting like cats and dogs. Not saying iut will happen to you, but wouldn't you like to have a little fun before you tie the knot. 15 is young if you must commit suggest a long term engagement at least 4 years, that way you will have more of an idea of where your life is heading and what direction you want to go.
Ask older people where they thought they wanted to be at 15, most will laugh at what they thought then. Talk to your parents, they will most likely be against and with good reason.

well right now i don't think you have much of a chance of them saying yes. so you best bet is to i guess tell them but one he turns 18 be careful cause if your parents get mad with you don't forget you will be jail bait at that point. if i were you i would b marrying him the day i turn 18. although should your parents be understanding i think you can marry him at 16 or 17 with parents permission. good luck sadly i think you are going to need it.

dont get married your way to young. I really doubt your parents wil say yes. dont get locked up now just study in school and have fun with your life. dont get married until your married because right now your too young. good luck.
