For me to believe the following beliefs:

*Treat others as you would be treated
*Be nice
*Be generous
*Relationships with other people are what make life worthwhile
*The Earth is powerful and should be respected and used respectfully
*Raise your children to ask questions and make their own decisions
*Let others live their lives and let them let me live mine
*Respect life
*Respect the energy everywhere
*Women and men are equal in their worth though different biologically
*Religious pluralism

And not believe in a male only God who sends people to hell, and not believe in judging others.

Honestly, can that be okay with you? I mean if you knew me in real life. Put aside wanting to "save my soul", for our purposes say it absolutely would not work. Could you be my friend, or would you always just see me as that poor dumb girl who's destined to go to hell?
How many of you can truly answer yes?

Those of you who asked if I was Wiccan, I do incoporate a few things from it and probably believe many of the same things you do, but I've never considered myself Wiccan. I guess I just never learned much about it.

Treat others as you would be treated - give respect and you'll recieve it
Be nice - goes hand in hand with the above
Be generous - yes
Relationships with other people are what make life worthwhile - partially, how you see yourself is more important that what others think
The Earth is powerful and should be respected and used respectfully - yes
Raise your children to ask questions and make their own decisions - absolutely
Let others live their lives and let them let me live mine - yes
Respect life - Don't kill anything unless its for food or defense
Respect the energy everywhere - yes
Women and men are equal in their worth though different biologically - yes
Religious pluralism - yes

Almost all of the above are advocated by the Church of Satan. Check out the Satanic Bible if you have not done so yet.

I think everybody has different beliefs. I would definitely be your friend considering that some of the beliefs listed are some that I believe in as well. The only thing is that this world will not let you endure all of those beliefs collectively simultaneously. Sometimes you may be in situations that prompt compromises.

Good luck.

Though I don't totally agree with your views - I would not think less of you or judge you a lesser person for having them. As a true christian - Jesus taught us to love all and respect all. I could and I do have friends that have similiar views that you do, however, my closest friends are and will continue to be christian. It's not that I feel they are better or right - friends are a choice and I want my closest friends to share my thoughts on religion and spirtuality - since I lean on them for the most personal matters and being christian is an important aspect of my decision making. It's not about equality or intelligence - its about relating to someone in a way that is important to me and reflects my values.

Yes. It is not my job to convert anyone, regardless of what you have heard from other Christians. I do tell of God's Love and Grace, but that is all I can do. As long as someones religion and/or belief doesn't hurt others, it's not my concern. I have friends who are Jewish, agnostic, and one who is leaning towards being an atheist and we are friends because of the way we treat each other and the things we have in common. We can agree to disagree on some things.

May God Bless you.

Jesus said that all the law and the prophets rests on two commandments. Love the Lord you God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and love your neighbor as yourself. What you are really asking people to do is lay aside their belief in God and their love for him in order to help you to understand that he exists. That's what is behind your question, the question "How can you know that God exists?" How can people show you that he does exist if they lay aside their beliefs?

It sounds good to me. It looks like you've explored your feelings on these subjects and know where you stand---that's great! So few people have such an in-depth knowledge of their beliefs at such a young age. These beliefs sound like a very good foundation to build your life upon.

I could be your friend but i would pray for you and i will, I personally have dealt with paganism and other things that are used of the devil to cloud judgment. Today by reading my bible and fellowship with other believers i know not to judge others, I don't believe that reality is what I say is real, real is what the Bible says. And HELL IS REAL AND ITS REALLY HELL

I would love to be your friend! How long have you been Pagan/Wiccan? Being Pecti-Witan (hedge witch) for over 40 years and you have pretty much summed up most of my beliefs. That is, without touching on the magick part!

Yes, God judges us by what we DO, not what we believe. If we were brought up wrong, and we believed in it, but we obeyed the impulse to be good, you got a cloud with your name on it, baby. And yes, I'd stick by you, if you were my friend.
