No, you fortunately cannot. HIPAA laws prevent any sort of a public access to medical records.

If you want your med records from a hospital or office, all you have to do is ask for them. You do NOT even need a reason. You have a right to a Copy of your records. Unfortunately you might pay a bit of $$$ to get a copy, especially b/c many med records are quite lengthy.

So they only way is in person, and other than costing some money, it is actually really easy.

i sure hope not. but u have to get at ur doc and/or ur insurance agency depending on a variety of things. next time u go in just ask, or u could call ur peeps (term for insurance).
