Just curious.

I can do about 2 sets of 12 reps of the 45 lb bar. No more than 55 lbs at a time.

10 sets of 60, 65 on a good day.
I think something's wrong with me...my arm muscles aren't big, but they've always been pretty strong.

I like to call myself a 5 pound whimp ... I do the bar (50 lbs) + 5 lbs on each side ... total of 60 lbs ... Oh, I do 4 sets of 8 reps twice a week ... still struggling on a basic push-up --- think I have mental prob's with push-up's, Dunno.

225 for one rep, 170 for reps of 5-10

i do it till my muscles give up and it usually takes a set of 50-30-20 to get them sore so a total of about 100. honestly
