Yes its called Pan Am clipper connection it was formerly known as carnival air lines it operates a fleet of 727's and flies to three cities.

I heard from a UK pilot this is run by a group of ex-Pan Am crew who are doing it for nostalgia's sake. Its run by a group of enthusiasts for fellow enthusiasts, like a rich person's hobby.
