okay. before winter break started, i was skinny.
now that i started eating al ot over break, i kinda gained weight. my legs got a lot thicker. How could I get my lower legs to get less thicker? also how can i shrink my stomache other than not eating.

it's okay, i gained weight too:)
just drink a TON of water and workout.

You need to eat healthy and exercise. Not eating will cause you to gain a LOT of weight when you start eating again and you will lose muscle (which helps burn calories) before fat.

a good diet and exercise plan is the best way to loose it and maintain it! Walking is great exercise and the south beach diet is a great way to teach yourself how to eat right and maintain your weight. Never starve yourself..... By doing this you simply force your stomach to look for an anlternative food source..ITSELF! So plenty of h2o, a good diet and exercise is the best answer!

Don't panic, it takes 10 times more time to lose the weight than to gain it... so start as you used to, and follow all the advises, but remember your brain makes it worse... relax and go back to your normal life without excesses.

run your little heart out. hit the tread mill run atleast for 45 mins 4-5 times a week best to do longer but definately not shorter this will help immensly you will see the difference in a few weeks

Well you eat alot during this season; why do you think they made up New Year's Resolutions!? You should start working out! Quickly!
