So my gf convinced me to grow my hair shaggy and I actually like it now that it is growing out (i'm about 3 mo. in). The problem is, I have always had a widow's peak (and maybe a tad bit of receding has made it worse). So right now i'm stuck w/ this thick tuft of longer hair in the center of my forehead that hangs a about an inch below the rest, and in my humble opinion looks plain rediculous, while the rest goes on looking bad-***.

My question is, is there something a stylist can do to even it out bit and still look normal, or do I just need to give it time and hopefully it will fill out more?

Personal experience and stylist advice is welcomed.
thanks

Myt boyfriend actually had the same problem. He had longer hair with a widows peak and a reciding hair line. Dont expect it to even itself out cause it wont. And as far as a hair dresser doing somthing about it they would say to cut it short. ( His sis is a hair dresser and thats what she told him. But still i never thought it looked bad until he let it get to long then i got him to cut it of. And know that its short id have to say it looks better and his hairlines alot less noticable. But if your g/f really likes it and so do you keep it just make sure u take care of it most guys arent to good at that sort of stuff.=)

I have to agree with Becky. My husband has this same issue but he prefers it short now and it looks really nice in a flat top. I also think that a mullet could look good with this problem, if you can pull it off~ not everybody can, without looking like a "redneck". My husband can't, but he is Native American.
