Tell your family ... it's easier to do when you've got groups of ppl who love and support you. Plus, your parental units job is to teach you stuff like healthy nutrition ... and how to behave in a relationship (congrats on ur bf).
It may seem hard to bring your family into this wish you have ... but you're family will be with you forever. Best to try, fail, try, fail, try, fail, with ppl who will be there 4 u. There's also school gym teachers ... and best friends who can help you while you change.
BTW ... statistically speaking, you're great ... and for the next 7 years your body will freak you out while you figure out what it can and cannot do ... along with your parental units ... it's good to learn to talk with a doctor about changes in your body; This is an important step in maturing into a young lady.

You may never have a flat stomach. Some times you can have a fatty deposit that is just there. Try targeting that area with sit ups increase your water intake and cut back on the carbs, sugars, and fatty foods and in about a few weeks you can see a difference. If you are strict and follow a diet and exercise program and you do not see any results then perhaps lipo may be the answer for you. Or a new man....trust me there are plenty of men out there that find a little belly pouch very sexy!

Oh GOD! You are only 13. Why don't you just exercise a little. And you need to not be worrying about having a hot bod for your boyfriend at 13. Trust me, he'll be long gone real soon. You have a long life ahead of you, do some crunches if you want to flaten your belly. And use a condom!

Just do exercise in general and make an emphasis on abs. Dont start with crazy diets this and that, you are in a sensible age, you are still growing and your body is changing. Diets create fake temporal spectations normally follow by depression. Eat healthy, low carbs, low sugars and many vegetables and fruits. That is something that reflects on weight but also in your skin and teeth. Being healthy is guaranteed beauty, good luck!

It's really as simple as it sounds. Eat more healthy food and less junk food and get more exercise.

LISTEN TO ME. you don't need to diet, you are thing enough. and stop doing things to please your boyfriend. you should be doing it for yourself!
sit-ups work. watch what you eat too, because there are certain foods that can bloat you, giving you a pooch. stay away from, pop, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, dairy, wheat. these things will bloat you when you have your menses. eat up when you don't!
