are they safe is there any side affects having one on monday a bit nervous

Yes, they are safe, so don't worry. Most of the side effects are nausea and maybe some vomiting...but that normally doesn't happen. Best of luck to you......hope you feel better soon.

If you're meaning a steroid injection to control pain, it is possible to get an allergic reaction (as with anything really), but it's extremely rare.
I've had 4 or 5 of them with no problems. They're uncomfortable while being done, painful for a while after, but once the drugs start to work the pain relief is brilliant.

I might be barking up the wrong tree, but do you mean a pain block?
I had some a while ago, mine were lumbar sympathectomies, - an injection of steroids and painkillers injected into my spine.
It's uncomfortable but not painful, - feels a bit like a cat scratch but deeper.

Just don't look when is about to be injected. it is very fast you won't notice a thing.

I think they are pretty alright, just a litte bit of discomfort, but nothing to worry about

Why getting pain injection Istead of tabs because i think they are god .comfortable etc

I was offered one , but because my pain wasn't localised I wasn't able to have one, if your need is as great as mine then just have it.....I'm not jealous!
