If i would take a vitamin everyday and take a walk around the block everyday would that help me from getting sick..?

Yes! Be sure you also eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. These foods can reduce your risk for cancer by 50%! They also reduce your risk for heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, Alzheimer's, etc.

It's a good start. Stay away from caffiene, eat fruits and veggies, and get plenty of sleep. None of it is fool proof, but every person certainly can be more pro-active in the maintenence of their own health.
