She was 33, recently found out that she had a heart condition. She was found in her bed dead with blood coming out of her mouth and nose. She had migraines and could not sleep. She been under alot of stress. She has had bouts of depression and anxiety attack. She was in a volatile marriage for 10 years and have been talk to her counselor about her feelings. She had been prescribed seroquel for sleep and xanax for anxiety. I am not sure if she had new anti depression medication. She was talking effexor which she has said it did not work for her. The coroner said that he could not attribute any thing physical from her organs or tissues to her death. She was healthy enough to sustain her life. The last couple of days, she was acting strange and more outspoken and happy. But she couldn't sleep for almost 2 - 3 days. Possible overdose from her meds? Her bloodwork is being sent for chemical analysis and will take 8-10 weeks.

you didn't say whether there was an autopsy performed. if so generally a coroner will not discuss C.O.D. until all findings and results are back......Don't start guessing or listen to guesses

My husbands ex wife died recently b/c of overdose of her meds (antidepressants, pain medication, and alcohol). My husbands children ages 7 and 5 (at the time) found her in her bed in the morning. The woke up their step father (also asleep) and he called 911 after attempts to wake her up. She was pronounced dead at the scene. They had an autopsy done and it revealed that she had an underlying heart condition (that no one knew of) and being on her meds and alcohol just induced it. She was 25 when she passed. The autopsy report findings were that it was an accidental overdose and heart condition. My condolences are to you and your family. As you can see, my family has gone through this (my husband and his children) and it only takes time and patience to get through this for you too. No one can really tell you what happened. You will just have to wait and see what the blood report/ autopsy report says. Good luck

If she had OD'd, there wouldn't be blood coming from her mouth and nose. It sounds to me that she had a manic episode if she was acting strange and not sleeping, or she was on meth or cocaine (which will cause blood vessel breakage).
It will be interesting to find out what the medical examiner said about the origin of the blood, as well as the toxicology report's findings.

Wow! What a tragedy! After reading your info, it's almost immpossible to say what she died of as there could be a number of reason she died. I know it's a long wait for the coroners report, but you need to in order to the real facts and then get proper closure. I'm sorry.

a overdose is highly possible. How-ever a side effect of seroquel is sudden death during sleep
