This guy I used to date won't stop calling me to hook up with me ever once in awhile. And I used to do it only because I loved him so much that I would go do that with him because it was the only way I could be with him. He used me and treated me like ****. But still I love him, and I can't go on like this because I know I'm worth more than this. But how can I get over him??? I know that it will most likely just take time but its hard to ignore him when he calls when I love him so much I've tried explaining it to him but he refuses to see things my way and just says that I don't love him enough so in a sense I'm trying to prove it to him and then he won't talk to me for about 2 weeks and then the whole cycle starts all over again. What exactly should I tell him?

He is definitely using you. He dose not care for you like you care for him. I am sorry, but you need to move on. Nip it in the bud. It is never easy, but it will make you stronger.Be good to yourself. Respect and care about yourself. Take care of yourself. If you don't, who will? You deserve better.

tell him that unless he's ready to start a real relationship with you, you're not gonna be his hookup girl. if he goes for it, give him a test drive and go out on a real date at a resturant or something and do things that YOU want to do. if he's still treating you like you-know-what, then dump him, he's not worth you. you're better then some guy. if he changes then way to go, but don't let your guard down yet, it might have been just a one time deal to make it seem like he changed, don't DO anything with him on that date, except for a kiss, maybe. then tell him, if he wants anything more then HE has to call you for a second date.
if he doesn't, he hasn't changed and he won't.
if he doesn't go for it, then screw him. he doesn't deserve you. hang out with your friends, change your number, or block him off your phone. before you know it, you'll have forgotten all about this guy.
all you need is some pizza, a couple sappy romantic comedies, and a slumber party with your girls. lol a girls night out, if you will.

Okay, I think that you arnt in love with him. Mostly in love with being in love. But I could be totaly wrong. What I think you should do is to find a new boyfriend. I know this caint be easy. But, make yourself avaliable and stop hanging on to this past relationship. Dont answer his phone calls anymore and when he see's you and talks to you just tell him that you need to move on from him and that you need some space. Look for a new guy and try to love him. Dont just go for any guy tho b/c you will end up still looking back on your past relationship with the other guy. I hope this helps :)

Tell him to f*ck off!!! If you want to get over him then you have to cut all contact with him. It will take you awhile but you have to try to forget him. You are right though, you are worth more than this.
