Are you trying to lose weight or just burn calories?

If you are looking to lose weight, here is what I would do.
I would suggest running/jogging in the morning right after you wake up to burn fat.
Try to find out the caloric intake you need a day to maintain your weight and subtract 400-500 calories from that. You need to know your current height, weight, and current activity.
Eat smaller meals every 3-4 hours and avoid pop, junk food, and sugary drinks.

hmmmm.... jumping rope, and/or running. but it will probably take you 18 minutes for running, if you are running at 6mph.
