This google search page has some turkish mauser forums listed. I would suggest you contact fellow owners, they would know where to find what you need.

This place deals in a lot of military surplus. They have several pages of slings listed. I have ordered other things from them and found them to be a good company.

Well, I've got some, there were several kinds. I'm sure they originally had a metal bucke of some sort but were replaced. Remember these rifles were in service in the hands of a soldier for sometimes 50-60 years!

Turks I have seen really didn't have a professionally manufactured sling like most countries, so it's really easy to duplicate a new one.
It's just a one inch or so wide strap of leather which was doubled over on each end through the swivels. Two or four (I have seen both) holes were punched through both layers, then leather laces were laced through the holes and tied.

You can probably get a saddle/tack shop to make one for you...or BUY THIS ONE...but $20 for a $75 rifle???:

BTW, I have a 1903 Turk that will outshoot all but my best rifles....and I have dozens and dozens old military, 1903s, M1s, Rugers, Remingtons, Sakos, etc.
